CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
As our consulting department continues to expand, we are looking to hire a Senior Manager to become a part of our Regional Digital and Risk Advisory team in our Nicosia office.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage multiple client engagements across various sectors, focusing on areas such as IT audit, SOC reporting, cybersecurity, data protection, IT transformation, and more.
- Identify and assess clients’ expectations and challenges, offering tailored recommendations and solutions to address their needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that client expectations are consistently met and exceeded, where applicable.
- Actively contribute to the design and development of departmental processes and procedures.
- Provide progress reports on project assignments to the Partner/Director in Charge.
- Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients, associates, and governmental authorities, fostering long-term partnerships
- Oversee the timely billing and collection of fees from clients.
- Supervise and guide the delivery of engagement work products, ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for the management team.
- Drive business development activities to expand the firm’s portfolio, identifying and pursuing new opportunities to enhance growth.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or in a related field.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or MBA or a related field is considered an advantage.
- Holder of related professional qualifications/certifications (e.g. CISA, CISM, CISSP, PMP, ISO 27001 LA/LI, etc.) will be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g. DORA, NIS2).
- Approximately 6 to 8 years of relevant experience.
- A commercially focused mindset, with the ability to understand clients’ needs and develop tailored sales offerings.
- Team orientation and collaborative approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
