We invite applications from enthusiastic and ambitious individuals to join the Advisory department of our Nicosia office as ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) Associate.
CAREER OPPORTUNITY
- Support the ESG reporting for large and listed companies
- Conduct ESG policy analyses and develop roadmaps and action plans to help improve sustainability practices of the clients
- Conduct ESG materiality assessments and due diligence for businesses, portfolios, and projects
- Evaluate options for including ESG mitigation and adaptation considerations in investment projects
- Identify and respond to clients’ requests and needs in a timely, professional manner
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in ESG consulting or a related field
- In-depth understanding of global trends, agendas, ESG frameworks, standards, and regulatory environments
- Experience with global sustainability standards including GRI and SASB
- Experience with SFRD and EU Taxonomy will be considered as an advantage
- Sharp analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking skills
- Results orientation and ability to work in a dynamic and team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, mature, and professional attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
