Extension to the deadline for resubmitting UBO data to the Register

Further to the announcement of the Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property (the “Department”) of 14 November 2023 in relation to the Final Solution of the electronic system of the Register of Beneficial Owners (the “Register”), we would like to inform you that the Department decided to extend Period A by two months. Therefore, the new deadline for re-submitting the information to the Register during the Interim Solution is 29 February 2024.

Παράταση προθεσμίας για επανακαταχώρηση πληροφοριών ΤΔ στο Μητρώο

Σε συνέχεια της ανακοίνωσης του Τμήματος του Εφόρου Εταιρειών και Διανοητικής Ιδιοκτησίας (το «Τμήμα») ημερομηνίας 14 Νοεμβρίου 2023 σε σχέση με την Τελική Λύση του ηλεκτρονικού συστήματος του Μητρώου Πραγματικών Δικαιούχων (το «Μητρώο»), θα θέλαμε να σας ενημερώσουμε ότι το Τμήμα έχει αποφασίσει να παρατείνει την Περίοδο Α κατά δύο μήνες. Επομένως, η νέα προθεσμία για την επανακαταχώρηση στο Μητρώο των πληροφοριών που καταχωρήθηκαν κατά την Ενδιάμεση Λύση είναι η 29η Φεβρουαρίου 2024.
