On behalf of a client, an established organization in Cyprus offering training and development schemes, we invite applications from hard-working and ambitious professionals to apply for the position of Learning & Development Training Inspector in Ammochostos.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Carry out on site and remote inspections of training programs.
- Monitor and assess the implementation of the predefined scope and objectives of training programs.
- Ensure that trainings reach the specified quality standards.
- Prepare assessment reports regarding the implementation of the training programs.
- Provide information regarding obligations of the trainer and/or training body.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or university diploma or master’s degree or equivalent qualification in any field of study.
- Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPAC) or corresponding professional association will be considered an advantage.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Very good communication skills in Greek and good communication skills in English, based on the Public Service Commission’s framework.
- Computer literacy, with very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Attention to detail and overall organizational skills.
- Driver’s license holder.
